We are pleased to offer professional ring resizing services for both engagement rings and dress rings, if your purchase is not the right fit. Our expert craftsmen will ensure your ring fits perfectly for a fee, preserving the beauty and integrity of your precious piece.

After Purchase Ring Care
To keep your ring looking its best, we recommend following a few simple care guidelines. Avoid wearing your ring while swimming, showering, at the gym, gardening, or doing household chores, as these activities can cause unnecessary stress to the setting. It's best not to sleep with your ring on and to remove it when wearing gloves. Be mindful that fingers can swell in the heat, during pregnancy, or while flying — if your ring feels tight, please remove it to prevent discomfort or damage. Lastly, we strongly advise insuring your ring to protect against loss, theft, or damage.

ORDERS
Orders may be placed online at www.armansjewellery.com at any time. All orders received by 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that same business day, provided the items are in stock. Orders for in-stock items placed after 5:00pm AEST on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday will ship on Monday. Holiday orders will ship the next business day.

If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between four and six weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

SHIPPING
How will my order ship? Within Australia we ship via Australia Post. International orders ship via FedEx International (see further details below on international orders).

Average shipping times:
Australia Post: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
FedEx: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Is a signature required? Yes, all jewellery orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery.

What if my order is lost during transit?  If your order gets lost during transit please reach out to the Armans Jewellery team by emailing info@armansjewellery.com.au right away. We'll work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace the item if necessary. Armans Fine Jewellery is not liable for missing packages when tracking dictates it has been delivered.

What if my order is delayed during shipping?  Packages sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. Once a package leaves our facility we are unable to alter the shipping speed or overcome delays due to weather or technical issues.

What if I miss a delivery attempt? Armans Fine Jewllery is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival. If your package is sent back to Armans Fine Jewellery for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of Australia. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at info@armansjewellery.com.au and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase.

The following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers can either select to pre-pay during checkout or pay upon arrival* to the destination country (*additional fees may apply). Armans Fine Jewellery is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

Armans Fine Jewellery is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

If there is a defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@armansjewellery.com.au within 14 days days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

SALES TAX
If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.

SITE INFORMATION
We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog of products is as accurate and complete as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that it may not be completely free of human or technological errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -including after an order has been submitted- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. Should you not want to continue with your order at this time, it will be cancelled. We will not honour inaccurate or incorrect pricing. We do not negotiate the prices of our products.

Product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so colour and size may vary.
