1. Discount Details

   • Up to 20% Off Sitewide:
     • 20% Discount: Applies exclusively to lab grown engagement rings purchased online.
     • 10% Discount: Applies to all other online items, including diamond engagement rings, diamond and lab grown jewellery, wedding rings, and gold jewellery.
   • Discounts are online only and do not apply to in-store purchases.

2. Sale Period

   • The Black Friday sale runs from 20th November 2024 to 30th November 2024. Discounts are only applicable to purchases made within this timeframe.

3. Order Deadlines

   • For guaranteed Christmas delivery:
     • All items except tennis necklaces and tennis bracelets: Orders must be placed by 30th November 2024.
     • Tennis necklaces and tennis bracelets: Orders must be placed by 25th November 2024.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

   • All items are made to order; therefore, refunds or exchanges are not applicable.

5. General Conditions

   • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
